Time of our grandparents it was unthinkable to eat in front of the television at full speed without taking the time to discuss with the rest of the family. Since much has changed at this crucial moment in the cohesion of a family also affects our relationship with food and thus on our line. From a nutritional point of view these solutions are often too high in fat, sugar, salt etc. .. and too low in vegetable fiber, vitamins ... etc.. From a quantitative point of view we may need to eat more than our body needs. Indeed the very principle of fast food is being served and swallow his plate as quickly as possible.

It takes about 10 minutes so that the message sent by the stomach reaches the brain. Satiety is lagging behind the actual satiety. That's one of those reasons, it is necessary to eat slowly. The tips below will help you rediscover the mealtime

1. Saucer = small portion.

2. Put your fork at every mouthful.

4. Do not watch TV, you do not eat more than me gently.

Lose weight without dieting ... is that possible or a crazy idea?

When we think about losing weight, many of us will do the following shortcut: eat less, skip meals occasionally, start a diet, swallowing the concentrated solutions to replace a meal ... etc..

Something very important before trying to lose weight is to ask the question:

What influence in my everyday life my weight?

Being overweight has grown considerably with the advent of modernity, the ultimate step of evolution ... is that the weight of our culture and our habits!

In half a century, our lifestyles have been greatly shocked:

1.We do less physical activity: the arrival of modern transportation allows us to not get too tired. The lucky may even work with internet from home!

2.We do not need to farm for food, too much effort, too much time ...

3. The quality of our food has diminished. Although the modern era has given us a much more varied diet, from around the world, it is clear that we eat bad! Again, as a matter of time, we eat too many snacks between meals, chips, sandwiches, kebabs, Mc Do ... the list goes on!

4.The meals: eat quickly became a habit, you have to hurry and get back to work. Very stressful for the stomach and digestion will be even more difficult. In addition to the sensation of satiety being offset, you may be prompted to eat more than what your body needs.

But by wanting to save time ... it may take a little weight on the road, and suddenly ... we go slowly!

The recipe for success: Eat! Vary your pleasures, savor new flavors, do not necessarily forbid a Kebab from time to time you will kill it. Have fun! The whole thing is to find a balance, take your time at meals and do not eat too fast (see the meal, a key time! and our advice to lose weight )

Add to that a good touch of physical activity, anything unrealistic. No need to run a marathon every day ... but a minimum of 20 minutes walk (I said walk, not shopping!) Daily and voila!

But we find a comprehensive manner, a declining quality of our food and its nutritional qualities. Ready meals and sandwiches are common to many of us. Formerly, the man was used to cultivate and harvest the food. Gradually our energy costs have decreased (car, transit, work in business, sitting all day ... etc). Few people today have the reflex to take the stairs instead of elevators, walk to the exit of the office rather than flowing into the subway ... etc.. Stress and fatigue accumulated during the day often have a tendency to push us toward the fastest way to get home.

These phenomena have a cost and consequences on our health. WHO projects that by 2015 nearly 2.3 billion people will be overweight and 700 million will be obese. When we think today there are nearly one billion people affected by hunger in the world, it makes you think!
