How to lose weight effectively? 2
To lose weight effectively and prevent weight regain at the end of your plan, you must first ask the right questions. What are the important factors in overweight? There are many signs around us that do not lie. Since the early twentieth century, our lifestyles have changed dramatically. Before the Industrial Revolution, 90% of the population was rural. Today, more than ¾ of the French population that lives in our cities.
Nonetheless there are positives to modernity as the diversity of the food we buy now prove. It is much easier today to buy coconut milk 50 years ago. But we find in a comprehensive manner, a decline in the quality of our food and its nutritional qualities. Ready meals and sandwiches are common to many of us. They represent a gain in time and allow us to focus on other activities. However, it is important to eat well and understand the importance of the meal.
In the past, man was accustomed to cultivate and harvest what he ate. Gradually we have reduced energy expenditure (car, transit, business work, sitting all day ... etc). Few people today have the habit of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, to walk out of the office rather than take the subway ... etc.. The accumulated stress and fatigue during the day often have a tendency to push us to the fastest way to get home.
These phenomena have a cost and consequences on our health. WHO projects that by 2015 nearly 2.3 billion people will be overweight and 700 million will be obese. When we think today there are nearly a billion people affected by hunger in the world, it makes you think!
We will see through this blog that there are four key criteria in the overweight:
1. Our eating habits
2. Our habits of daily life
3. Genetic factors
4. The perception we have of ourselves and the standards of beauty today
